New Delhi: Delhi University Vice Chancellor Dinesh Singh resigns amid huge row over four-year undergraduate programme. Dinesh Singh’s resignation comes days after the UGC told him to scrap a controversial four-year undergraduate course, an official said.

Dinesh Singh has sent his resignation to the human resource development ministry, Joint Dean Malay Neerav told the media.
